Icaro 3 Tiers Chandelier

In Greek mythology, Icarus attempts to fly from Crete using wings made from feather and wax. However, he flies too close to the sun, which melts the wax and foils his escape. It’s a story that has fascinated artists for centuries, and Mariano Fortuny’s design of this Icaro 3 tiers gold leaf lamp evokes the power and magnificence of that legendary sun.
