The Studio - Trenzseater Christchurch
Trenzseater’s Christchurch Studio has become a leading name in luxury interior design in New Zealand. The studio is dedicated to delivering refined, sophisticated interiors that reflect the distinct lifestyles of our discerning clientele.
Our 5,000 sq. foot HQ showroom is located in Riccarton, and houses our full service interior design office. It is both a design destination and a creative hub. Open to the public, the showroom showcases an extensive range of exclusive international furniture collections, luxury lighting, designer rugs, drapery, wallpaper, art, and accessories. Clients are invited to explore our beautifully curated lifestyle displays and meet our team of expert interior designers in person.

Christchurch Interior Design Team
At Trenzseater, our team is committed to delivering a highly professional, inspiring, and detail-oriented interior design service. This dedication has earned us recognition as one of New Zealand’s premier interior design consultancies.
Our General Manager and Interior Design Director, Ben Lewis, leads the Christchurch team. While Ben personally takes on eight to ten select projects each year, his creative oversight extends across all projects executed by Trenzseater.
Ben’s work has been recognised internationally, with numerous finalist and award wins, particularly in London and Los Angeles. A significant achievement was his 2019 win for “Global Interior Design Scheme” at the prestigious Design et al International Design & Architecture Awards in London. More recently, in 2024, he won the SBID (Society of British International Design) Award for “Interior Scheme Australasia.”

In addition, we design and manufacture our own exclusive furniture collection, crafted locally in Canterbury.
